Who could have who in a fight? Dave or Roger?

My money's on Roger.

I know that being civil and restrained "is the english way".
But I reckon that Roger would go straight for the nuts.

He'd be straight in there like a rat up a drainpipe. I'm sure that it might cause Dave to have a "momentary lapse of reason" or two...

Although if Big Dave got ON TOP of Roger, that might be a different story.

Actually neither Rog or Dave, cause everybody knows that the drummer of every band is the toughest; Tommy Lee, Keith Moon, etc, etc, etc.

You should be ashamed at yourself of posting such a subject.
It is sad how the situation between Roger & David is(when they used to be good friends), You shouldn't make a joke out of it(and you know I DO HAVE a sense of humor).
I rememeber reading an interview of waters in which Rog used volgar curses aganist Gilmour, not fit to repeat here on this Forum.
This is sad, and not a subject for a violent joke...

It is sad and such and such.

But Fixxlevy's just tryin' to make the situation they have humorous - i don't really have a problem with it. As long as we don't get overboard.

Roger is still very tall and somewhat skinny.
David is fat and short!

Don't get me wrong I love David,,, but given the situation, that is my conclusion.

Yeah, I really wish they all were friends still... I remember reading an interview with Rick Wright, where he said that they all used to be friends... that's too bad when he has to say something like that...

ANYWAY on with the brawling:

Roger would stand back and sling razor sharp abuse at Dave until he got fired up (possibly about his weight, which is surely a sensitive issue)
Dave would probably take it for a bit, with a smug look on his face, then he'd point at Roger with his meaty fingers and say "Right! I've just about 'ad enuff"
Roger would roll up the sleeves on his jacket, and pretend not to be paying any attention to Dave, and then he'd just whack Dave in the face with a great big right hook (he's got a big reach)
Dave's meaty jowls would tremble, but he'd take it, Roger would be shaping up, waiting for Dave to make a move, so Dave would put his guard up too.
I reckon the time Dave spent pubbing in his early years would give him an advantage, so he probably knows a thing or two about roughing it, he'd have a good solid guard and a hard piston-like right jab...
Nevertheless, Roger would probably get Dave in a headlock, and it would turn into more of a street scrap, Roger kneeing Dave in the guts and face, and elbowing him in the back.
They'd both get pretty bloody, but eventually, I don't think anyone would win... they'd both get buggered and they'd stagger back from each other and curse each other, and then they'd both probably start laughing, thinking back to the old days and stuff... it would be like "Roger you old bastard, you split my lip... now I'll never be a model"
"...you were always an ugly bastard Dave, now you're an ugly, fat, old bastard... let's go and get a drink..."
"s'pose it couldn't hurt"

and then they both go to the pub and get rolling drunk, Dave picks up an acoustic and they have a jam... it would be so nice...
