| The end is near...for GWC... Hello, all... The time has come, I'm afraid, for GilmourWhoreCentral to retire gracefully... My future plans are such that I won't be able to work on the site at *all*, as I won't have a computer of my own for a long while, and I won't be able to make the payments for the webspace, etc... I no longer have the time, resources, or energies to keep the site going indefinitely, and am having to consider the following: 1) Retiring the site for good (even though I own the name for at least the next 2 years). 2) Moving the site to a free server, which means pop-up ads and the like...where it won't be updated for a long while - if ever! or 3) selling the site to someone who would be able to take care of it. Or is there something else I haven't considered, folks? Any help/suggetions would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and yeah, I'm keeping my title, regardless... Cheers! GeeDub#1 <sad...>

| Re: The end is near...for GWC... Thanks, ya'll... To be honest, while I'm saddened by this "End of an Era" sort of thing, I have to admit that it's happening because of good things that are going on in my life. Circumstances are taking me to a place where computer access will be limited, and I can't take my own, so... The book I've written is not a victim of the same circumstances - in fact, I still hope to publish it, once I get the funds behind me. (again with the shameless self-promotion here...) If anyone (ahem...Simon...? What's funny is the fact that I'll miss you guys and your craziness and your humour... Hopefully, from time to time, my friend will let me borrow the computer just to surf, and not just to study, and I'll be able to drop in from time to time... I'll be around every now and then until mid-December, and then it's "Arrivederci, e a presto!" for a while. Until then, I'll be around a bit... Cheers! GeeDub#1 <...on the road again...>
