Re: The music of my life. The music of PF.

I was referring to formatting and writing the songs so that they would be more easily listenable. Easier on the ears. Sacrificing a bit of the lyrical prowess that Roger contributed. The Division Bell seemed like an attempt to turn the band towards pop and to appeal to the radio audience. Something that Roger did not do, (look at the Wall and Animals). The Wall was meant to be a live show and Animals, the songs are much too cumbersome for most radio. That is what I meant. I am American, I am all about making money and what you characterized as "commercial". What is this Red China?
And as to Roger's solo stuff, I try to stay away from that. I agree it is pretty horrible. And if one were to look at why the band broke up and why they haven't gotten back together yet, it would be more than likely Roger's own fault. His own greed and his own stubbornness. This I know. That said, all of this probably does not matter as I am beginning to think you guys just like bending me over and shoving it in, unlubricated. And rough. Oh, well. I'll just grin and take it.
