search problems

Today is my first day on this forum and I tried to do a search on "Les Claypool", it said that I needed to have a minimum of 4 words so I expanded the search to "Les Claypools Fearless Flying Frog Brigade" and it still said that I did not have enough words. Am I doing something wrong? I would like to discuss a man that is highly influenced by Pink Floyd.

I've made the same error. It's 4 characters, not words.

You have to get rid of the "Les". It's only 3 characters.

Try the search like this *les, or this les* and it'll work.

Maybe I
m just plain incompetent, but anytime I try making the search engine to search ONLY the topics of threds with the words I specify, it doesn't. Istead I have to search with posts included and it returns 100s of threads.

Anyway to make sure that the search is performed ONLY with the topics?
