2004 concerts??

Hi to everybody,
my dream is to go to a Pink Floyd's concert.
I know that it's very difficult, if not impossible, but if someone have informations about tour dates in the 2004, please write down!

Even a 2004 Gilmour's concert should be an interesting news.

Thank you.

They're not too old but Gilmour seems to think resurrecting Floyd is too time consuming - and as for stadiums and touring ...

Old?

David Jon Gilmour was born on March 6, 1946.
Do you really think he's too old?

I know he performed concerts last 2002 in London.
What about the future?

Please give me good news.

Bye.

Well, considering the state of the band right now, it would take a lot of work to get the band running again. There'd also be a bunch of hullaballoo again, being that one of the most well-known bands in the world would be getting back together (Ads, interviews, recording new albums) And considering that they did a very extensive world tour in 1994 (and he was in his 50s), I think that they really want to put Pink Floyd to rest while it is still respectable.

But the good news is that there are some nice videos you can get to emulate your concert experience. You can buy the films Pink Floyd Live In Pompeii (now on DVD!) and Pulse (available on VHS, VCD, or LaserDisc), watch them at home with the volume at full blast, and that creates a rather reasonable substitute. Set up a view chairs in your TV room, invite some friends over, have a few beers, and then you're in for a really crazy Pink Floyd experience! If you want more, you're going to have to dig around for the elusive audience recordings that are floating around the Internet.
