Live at Pompeii you will grow to love it

I admit I fell in love with it right away, and it had nothing to do with how gorgeous David Gilmour was. Now getting my boyfriend to like it, that is another story.

Ahhhh! Live in Pompeii. I remember the day I first saw that wonderful collage of art and musical mastery. I had always been a "fan" of the Floyd, but never really knew who they were, or what they were about. When I first saw Live in Pompeii, I remember thinking to myself: "self, meet Pink Floyd" From that day on, for the next few months that DVD played on repeat in my bedroom. I never turned it off. That is what sparked my all out study of the band, every album, every song, and every lyric. What did it all mean? Lunacy? Chemically driven nostalgia? Whatever it was I ended up with an encyclopedia of information, and a true love for the music of the greatest band. All sparked from Live in Pompeii. I put the fan in fanatic
