Back together?
I know this happens all the time, but I JUST heard the DJ on the radio say:

"Pink Floyd got back together, more news on that in just a few minutes"

Ill post back as SOON as I hear what she says!

(I know people start these rumors almost daily, but this is no lie)

Have I missed some news somewhere?

BAH!

It was a report about Waters playing with Gilmour, Wright, and Parry at Mr. O'Rourke's funeral.

(was that ever confirmed?)

Sorry to burst your bubble, but as of now, Roger did not attend the funeral at all, but his manager did. The other three members (Gilmour, Wright, Mason) did play Fat Old Sun and Great Gig In The Sky, though. It also doesn't mean that they're back together. It's just probably a one-time-only tribute.

Youre not bursting my bubble, I knew all about it already...I just didnt know thats what the DJ was going to talk about

Silly me...never shoulda thought that much into it...

But when you hear "Pink Floyd got back together, stay tuned for that, and other news" on the radio...it makes ya jump a bit

Herr Cheese makes a vaild point. In fact, I would probably assume that they don't hate each others guts anymore. They probably just dislike each other now.

Dave and rog were close friends during 1975-1980 era , it looks that way , Waters took the concept and lyrics , gilmour all the music

touring again ?
Well. .I know you guys know a lot more about alot more about Pink Floyd that I do... and forgive me if you think this is a stupid question, but, does anyone out there think there's any hope of another tour? Even if it's just Waters and Gilmour? I'd give anything just to be able to see them.. so.. any chances guys ?
