Michael Kamen has died

I'm truly shoked and very sad.

He was a true composer, we'll really miss him.

R.I.P.

Not a good time to be associated with the band, these days.

I remember seeing Michael Kamen during the Yes symphonic tour directing the orchestra.

I'll also remember seeing GW#1 just behind Kamen's back during her 15 seconds of fame on David's DVD during Comfortably Numb.

He was a great talent, and did a lot of good stuff in Rock and Roll.

Think I'll go put on Sonnet 18...

Michael

No kidding! Thorgerson strokes, O'Rourke checks out, and now Kamen buys the farm.

A sad loss. RIP, Michael.

The music world lost a truly legendary talent in Michael Kamen. I also have the Gilmour in Concert DVD, and will watch it soon with
a beer or two, remembering Michael. RIP, MK.

Indeed so NNJ, to quote Vince Vaughn in Old School, "He was old, that's what old people do. They die."

Well 55 is only half as old as you, so I guess he wouldn't seem that old.
