rare Syd tracks

Hi there, I was looking for a few songs that have never been released, one I do not know if it was even recorded.

My information comes from Pink Floyd Hyperbase site.

CHOOKA-CHOOKA CHUG CHUG
was this song ever recorded? does anyone know for sure?

These last two are from an obscure ROIO called Melk Weg, not to be confused with MelkWeg!)

JUST BEFORE YOU DISAPPEAR
UNTITLED WORD
Anyone know where I can track down these tracks on mp3?
