poem again

It's only been eternity
It's always been around
Yet there is no way i can except it
I don't want my lost soul found

Some people risk their life for it
And some say it never ends
But I'm happier to live without it
I'm happier just to be friends

Years spent looking
Can not stand to be alone
So much time wasted
For a feeling I've never known

Maybe I do not want it
Because it scares me so much
But really i do not want it
Because I've never known love.

ps - I happen to be very much in love so this poem is not autobiographical.
