im not sure if this is it, but i dont know if thats what you're talking about. i cant get to the site but i looked up "Pink Floyd- Syd Barrett 1988" and this picture showed up, when i went into it it gave me this site, and i couldnt go to the site but i could still see the picture. if its not the one you're talking about, then sorry for wasting your time but he sure looks like a creepy stalker in them if you ask me.

Ah, yes. The famed and controversial Syd Barrett stalker video. Definitely a depressing sight to behold. Basically imagine seeing Jimi Hendrix after thinking he was dead for years and he's bald, rather overweight, and doesn't give a care about music.
