Grammies are quite worthless in my opinion; simply for the reason that they are not exclusive. Unlike other awards, they give away 200 a year (i'm exaggeratting of course, but they give out a lot) They give out so many that they can't even show the whole award show on television. If they made the awards a bit more exclusive, then maybe they would be worth something.

I'm not trying to take away the, 'honor,' of winning a grammy, i'm just saying that I personally think they're worthless.

I quite liked them this yr.. mainly I watch them for the performances not for the awards. Sting and Sean Paul was awesome I loved that, as was Justin with Arturo.. that was one cool colaboration, and it was so lovely to see Prince again and him and Beyonce work well together I have to say. Seven Nation Army being my favourite White Stripes song also had me happy.. I didn't see the whole thing but "woohoo for Coldplay!"
Actually I also liked the Black Eyed Peas perfromance but that's cos I've got a soft spot for them ever since the Big Day Out, I swear the chick had lots of tiny little plaits (not cornilows cos they're different right?) like a week ago..
