| Re: Nick Mason I was at a music website a few minutes ago when I noticed a picture of Nick from the Pompeii video, the headline was top ten drummers. I was kinda surprised and very happy to see Nick get credit as one of the top ten. I have always liked him and thought he was good, but never heard anyone include him on a list of great drummers. Anyway just happy to see Nick get some due credit

| Re: Nick Mason Nick Mason WAS an amazing drummer up until about DSotM. Everything he's done after that album is average, at best. And "The Grand Vizier's Garden Party" is terrible.

I'm afraid I can't add more than that since I only know what I like and Nick Mason (Lord, keep him away from solo efforts) demonstrated throughout his PF career to be a total artist and an integral element of the "THE FLOYD effect" when it came to "banging the rocks together, guys."
