hello Pink Floyders

Hey guys. Just so you know, I'm new to this board and new to Pink Floyd as well. I had heard one of their songs on the radio, it was "Have A Cigar" I believe. So one day I picked up Wish You Were Here and it was the best sonic experience I had ever. I like Pink Floyd because they have inspired me to become an artist in their music and artwork. What is it about Pink Floyd that you like?

Re: hello Pink Floyders

Welcome, wall619

There is a thread - What do you like best about Pink Floyd? - for your question, as there probably is already a thread for most every other PF-related, and unrelated, topic here. And although you've already answered the question, Who turned you on to Pink Floyd?, it might be fun for you to see others' accounts...<-- back there.

The best route is the SEARCH feature and searching for titles only on your key words of interest. The SEARCH button is amongst those at the top right of the screen.

Or, and this is the hard-core APFFN (All Pink Floyd Fan Network) method - not recommended for the faint of heart, or weak of eye - you could roam the different forum sections reading ALL the threads until your eyes bleed.

Share and enjoy,
BoaB

I did that once. I uncovered some dirt on every one of you. And don't be surprised if I blackmail you with it!!!!!

Welcome to the board man! If you have any more questions, don't bother me with them. jk
