Quint-phonicaly?

I'd only listen to floyd through headphones if I had the Bose triports', basiclly a surround sound system in your head. Other then that I stick with 5 speaker quintiphonic sound...I sure as hell know its not quad sound

Thanks I know it looks freaky and the cord is tooooooooooo long. But when I push the volume up and punch up bass boost (for Lucky by Radiohead for example), I can literally feel my who head vibrate and my nose feels a bit funny from all that heavy bass

It cost me $30.99 (with tax) and I save a month and a half to buy it but I don't regret it at all. A possible side effect (aside from hearing loss) is that when on the road, it could be hazardous as I don't hear ANYTHING from the surroundings.

Re: Headphones?

I have the same set of headphones that Simon does, and I can vouch for him. They are great.

Re: Headphones?

I've got the MDR v500 headphones. I like them, they sound okay to me, plus they're comfy.
I quit earbuds because I got headaches.

The cord really is bloody long

Re: Headphones?

When I can afford to blow that much money on a pair of headphones, I will.

Re: Headphones?

Not too long after starting this thread I got myself some fancy-shmancy German headphones (Sennheiser). Ah...I remember the day I got them: I ripped the packaging open, and ran and put on Animals and was suddenly over come with ectasy. Yes, music is very spiritual to me.

Re: Headphones?

Way to go! Have you read my ANIMALS-based essay?

Also, any chance of a Simonesque pic of those Sennheisers?
