I usually just change seasonally... lol By early summer, these'll be dead (i got them like a month ago), and I'll use some earbuds for like 4 months or so, when it's too hot to have the big ass ear muffs on, and by the end of that, those'll be dead, since they're worse quality. So, I'd like to say about half a year to 9 months...
