Re: the beta band?

Hmmm...okay, The Thin Ice.

As you may well have noticed, this is a Pink Floyd fan forum and as such should at least keep to the spirit if not the letter of the matter.

There is a section called Just Babbling where most anything is discussed not specifically dealing with Pink Floyd.

There is a section called Music-related Babbling where most anything music-related is discussed, again, not specifically Pink Floyd in nature.

The General section - you may know where this is going - is for discussions on Pink Floyd of the general variety, not already addressed in other Pink Floyd specific sections.

Please, before you start another new thread - your In The Flesh thread was a duplicate of a much older one - please browse through as much of the site as possible to familiarise yourself with the way and where things are to avoid confusion and further duplication.

Friendless Floydian,
Byron

Re: the beta band?

These guys are really good....i've only heard 2 songs of theirs but I really like both songs. They have a video on launch which can be seen here. You might need to login with your yahoo! account to watch it....pretty cool stuff. The video is excellent too.

Re: the beta band?

I see enough potential in the 2 songs I've heard to buy an album of theirs and see how good the rest of their stuff is. If I were a betting man (and I am....which is why the bookies broke my legs and left me with this cane) I would bet their albums are pretty good overall. I like to think I have an ear for talent.
