Not so fast Pink Pig.

Radiochair,

I was giving those without the PF Encyclopedia the chance to answer, but since no-one has, here goes:

1. Saxophone Song
2. Man With The Child In His Eyes

I forget what the answer is, and don't feel like getting out my Pink Floyd Encyclopedia, so I'll just pretend I know what I'm talking about and say that you're absolutely right.

Seems you got it out anyway in the end.

I'll leave it to someone else to ask the next question since I can find some seriously obscure trivia from within my PFE, which would of course be unfair.

Aren't I the gallant one?

Which Sam Brown song did Gilmour play on?

And why is the ex- lead singer of Marillion connected to them both?

Without the aid of the PFE, I'll guess that it was "STOP" by Sam Brown. A very very good tune sung by a much overlooked singer.

Don't have a clue about the Marillion question though.

It seems I should have consulted the good old PFE since Stop was not the correct answer.

D'oh!

BTW, fixxy, you should have asked on which two Sam Brown songs did David Gilmour play?

Seems, nobody's interested anymore, or they're all waiting to receive their own copies of the dreaded Pink Floyd Encyclopedia (PFE).

But anyway,
1. This Feeling
2. I'll Be In Love

Okely dokely. Here's one from left field:

So impressed by Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, and while hosting the PF boys at his home in L.A. in 1967, what did Alice Cooper do to impress them during his own gig?

Simon: What material? If you mean PF stuff, I don't think they did any.

The question concerns something Alice did because PF so impressed him.

fixx'y: Nearly right, but I need a few more details. For now, you win jack!

Ciao,
Byron

Ok Byron,

I'll be kicking myself if I actually knew this at any point, but I've held out long enough:

What DID Alice Cooper do??

After eating an hashish brownie, Alice collapsed onstage.

Nice, huh?
