All right, I'm gonna try to get something started here  I'll ask a question, the person who gets it right asks the next question and so on... The only rule is you have to wait for the person who posed the question to verify you're right, so we don't have five or six people saying "no, you're wrong, this is right" and five or six different questions on the go...ok?

Q: The Floyd released five singles in the Syd era: Arnold Layne, See Emily Play, Apples and Oranges, It Would Be So Nice, and Point Me At The Sky. What was the next Floyd single released in the UK?

Ooh, Biding My Time was never released as a single in the UK, or the US for that matter... (though it DID show up on Relics), and BoaB: Candy and a Big Ball of Hash (or Currant Bun, whatever) was the B-side to Arnold Layne

Hint #1: The single in question was not a song written by Syd. In fact, it was after Syd left the band.

I don't know the answer to this, but if I spent even a bit of time looking it up, I could quickly discover it. Anyway, I am gonna venture a guess, or rather half a guess. Something from More maybe?

Ok, here goes:

Q: Which Pink Floyd song was released as a single but never appeared on any of their albums?

Hint: This one didn't have Syd on it either.

NNJohn: Correctamundo!!! Too easy, I'm sure.

And NO WAY are you getting out of asking the next question (rules are rules), so in your own time thank you.

I hope I don't seem like a rank amatuer saying this- but I always thought that "Point me at the sky" never appeared on any albums proper also...
