DSOTM - Posters

Hi all,

I am aware of two different sets of posters that came with the original Dark Side of the Moon LP's. Both variations had the two posters (the pyramids and the band live), but they are slightly different:

One set had the pyramids in the distance with a green hue (landscape), and the poster of the band was tall and thin (portrait).
The other set had the pyramids closer, with a blue hue (landscape). The poster of the band was short and wide (also landscape).

They both also have some sort of postcard, perhaps a sticker?

Can anyone tell me more about the differences here? Is one a U.S. album and the other U.K., or did they just do different sets of posters?

Which of the two is rarer, or are they both about the same?

They came with 2 bumper stickers with pyramids on them, in two different hues, one yellow, one brown. (Wish You Were here came with a postcard.) As for the posters, there is no big difference in rarity, the US pressings had the green poster, while the UK pressings had the blue.

I always wondered if the post card came with the album or if the person bought it somewhere and put it in as a collectable. Now i know, thanks mate.

A post card came with Wish You Were Here, but not Dark Side Of The Moon.
