quadrophenia or the wall

Ok both of these albums represent the quintessential rock opera. But which is better do u think? Im not going based on record sales, but rather on story line and music.

Uhg. You can't compare the two. They are both very brilliant and excellent...but very different. Different approach, different style...

Anyways, if put on trial and forced to answer...I'd be held in contempt.

I haven't heard Quadrophenia, but if it's anything like Tommy, I really don't know. Both are great, but incredibly different. Like 1OMT said.

AC/DC...do yourself one heck of a favor and go and get that album now! Trust me, it will be one of the best $30 buys you'll ever make. If you liked Tommy, Quad will blow you away.

Quad's is an incredible album. However, not sure you have the competence to enjoy it.

Good day.

Quad is a album with hard rock melodies and loud rhythms while the wall is a quieter, more depressing album so the two are uncompairable. Pete and Roger are geniuses in their own special way.

Quadrophenia, hands down, seeing as it's one of my favourite Who albums and the Wall is probably one of my least favourite Pink Floyd albums.

I'd also have to say quadrophenia although it's a very hard choice.

The Wall is certainly not my Floyd favourite but in this match The Wall is the winner for me!

Then again, truth be told, I don't care for The Who.
