| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios I have heard numorous rumours that Delicate Sound Of Thunder and even PULSE were made or at least overdubbed in a studio somewhere. David Gilmour deny's this statement but people even disagree with David. What do you think???

| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios Actually, I'd have to probably go with Old Dave. He doesn't strike me as a man labouring under any kind of misconceptions, and the PULSE set WAS taken from several shows, as opposed to just the one, so it's not as if they didn't have the choice of one recording over another. The man IS a chancer, what with all the sonic guff he's been reeling out for 15 years or so, but he's more pragmatic than that and, moreover, doesn't actually have any reason to have to lie. He knows how Pink Floyd are viewed these days, probably better than most of his critics, but simply appears not to be too fussed. Certainly not to the extent of clandestinely papering over the accepted diversity of a live performance. I'll give him a break this once. He didn't do it. He's "innocent". _________________ Isn't this where we came in?

| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios I see you edited your post Flixxlevy - does this mean you had doubts? (probably not) BTW, i don't think Dave would do a thing like that either at this stage in his life.

| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios Most likely the albums were taken into the studio to be cleaned up, some ardent fan took this the wrong way and, well, started a very ridiculous rumor.

| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios Not Now John is probably correct. After listening to P.U.L.S.E. and Is There Anybody Out There? The Wall Live, I'm pretty sure they were cleaned up in the studio a bit, but not made in it. |

| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios hey wat the hell are u guys actually talking about anyway, if i am thinking correctly u are saying all the live performances they have released were made in a studio, but thats stupid cos they have live footage of most of the songs sung on these releases, so they cant really be studio albums if there is video proof, and of course they would take the music into a studio to clean it up a bit and make it more ledgible cos otherwise it would probably be all crowd noise, but i dont think they would have added to anything while it was being cleaned up. hmmmmmmmmmm, shivers |

| Re: Delicate Sound Of Studios Charade, I think fixxlevvy was making a joke using the song Another One Bites the Dust, by Queen. Anonymous, most people on here said that they didn't think it was. You don't have to make your post sound so accusatory towards everyone. |
