Pink Floyd & DRUGS!!!!

i have never done any type of drug. the only "buzz" i have ever gotten was from a cigar, but while i was smokin it, i couldnt help but sing the lyrics to have a cigar.

after reading what everyone is saying, i think the next time pot is availible to me, im gonna take advantage. or at least next time i smoke a few cigars remember to inhale a lot and make sure some floyd is ready to listen to.

yeah i really dont need drugs but it would be cool. i was drivin home with my dad in his truck and we were listining to echoes(the song not the album) and that was an expirience in itself, i dont kno why it was so cool in his truck and not in my room.

I remember driving on a country road, at night, in thick fog, with Shine On You Crazy Diamond playing loud...and I have to tell you all I was shit scared for some reason.

I think if I'd been on the wakcy weed I would have done my nut.

But back to the topic...I have had one or two experiences with weed and the floyd, and it is VERY different. Much more alive in my opinion.

I listen to the Floyd pissed out of my mind at least once a week, and that is just depressing!!!

DEPRESSING!!!!!!!! It's beatiful although each time I've been pissed and listening to Floyd it was in good company with some really fun people to be with so... There was nothing to depress me just an enhanced feeling of goodness. I think it pays to be around people with the same appreciation for it. Just sitting ther noone saying anything but the fact that everyone is on this silent high can be felt its really good!

Once again I will say that I have done drugs, done floyd and done floyd while on drugs. All 3 are great experiences, but different. I don't think Floyd with drugs is any better or worse than Floyd without, just different. I do not advocate drug use, that is a personal decision to be made by you. But if you gonna do it, have fun.

Sydney...hey how ya going. Yeah Floyd can be good when you are drunk with a few really good friends, but sitting on your own with floyd playing can very a very sombre expreience.

So why does a person in Adelaide have a name like 'Sydney'? Is it wishful thinking ?

NOOOOOOO!!!!! It's SYDney as in Syd Barrett. I thought the whole thing might confuse people. But I figured a few might get it. Obviously not, oh well what can ya do. Nah Sydney is waaaaaayyy to expensive to live in. Lokk at it this way in Sydney for 720,000 Australian dollars you can by a wooden rundown hut while in Adelaide you can buy a brand new luxury home. Its things like that that aamke u happy to be living in Adelaide. It's not as boring as people might think. There is constantly arts festivals and things of such on (Like the Fringe and the Adelaide festivals coming up) and for a potential actor like myself that means WORK!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!
Anyway enough of that.

no worries Sydney. Yeah it is expensive, but that's 'cause everyone has realised it's the best city in the world

Anyway, let's not get into an Australian city arguement. I live on the edge of the Blue mountains, so the fires came 15 metres from my window! Yes the firies have done an awesome job.
