Running over someones kid in my car

Sometimes I have little panic attacks when I'm driving on the highway. The problem is that these arise out of a fear of panic attacks. It's a big loop of thought that I think could have been brought on by consistent habitual marijuana use.

Also, I feel I could see my country overtaken by foreign militants or completely turned into a "police state" of sorts. You could say I am a little afraid I will lose in World War III.

Generally though, I don't focus too much on fear. I believe in the power of love vs. the power of fear.

I suffer anxiety too
Wake with a panic attack every friggn morning, pisses me off as there's nothing for me to panic about, only that i might have a panic attack *rolls eyes*
I did some drugs in my younger days, did a bit of speed (only drank it) and smoked alot of dope but i think my anxiety was brought on by my marriage break up and then being taken advantage of ( more captured and made a prisoner) by a guy who i grew up with.
He was very psychologicaly torching so to speak , a paronoid fcking freak actually.
Terribly insecure and posessive.
Took over 2 years to get rid of him.
He played with peoples heads big time, especially mine....
I haven't been the same since.

I had an operation last Friday and have to go back for another op in 7 weeks.
Being unwell makes one very anxious.
