Yes, Gilmour might have sung some more.
Eitherway I love Waters' screams. About "Shine On", I find it's outstanding so as it is.

Fulgham - isn't that the point of these forums? To analyze and ask "what might have been" of every Floyd work?

Actually, I listened to 'The Wall' today for the first time in a while and Waters did sound pretty good and some of the tracks. His voice at the end of 'Hey You' takes the track to a whole new level. But when he sings after Dave on 'The Thin Ice' he sounds like a shmuck IMO...

Re: Should Roger have left more vocals to Dave?

When I first heard SOYCD I thought that the song fits Roger's voice perfect, but on Pulse Dave sings it magnificent.

Dave sings Wish You Where Here perfect, but I really like Rogers version on the In The Flesh DVD. The "Tsunami Version" not so much.

My point is that lots of the songs fits both of them well.

Re: Should Roger have left more vocals to Dave?

it's pretty obvious that our guys made good choices on who's
going to sing what
so dave has share, rog has his, rick his, and cutting into little pieces
goes to Mr. Mason

why do people always have to think how it would be if .. blabla
i see the next question...what if guys agreed to do Pros and Cons
instead of Wall with rog and that kind of questions...

I think we actually discussed that once.
