Which bootleg

I'm listening to a bootleg version of Shine on part 6-9 on the pink floyd radio station. I guess it is from the 77-tour or something. The song has one of the best gilmour solos i've ever heard. waters and gilmour are laughing in the beginning of the song.

Does anyone recognize this song? Where is it from, what bootleg? I've got to have it

Re: Which bootleg

Probably Oakland ("Animal Instincts") or Montreal ("Azimuth Coordinator").

Re: Which bootleg

If you can find it, the best-sounding recording is called "Roar Ends", it has the whole show spread over 3 CDs.

Re: Which bootleg

That's the one. It's quite a show, to make an understatement.

Re: Which bootleg

It's an interesting historical document, and the band happen to be playing their asses off!

Re: Which bootleg

Found the song. It is from the azimuth, montreal. Thank you.

It's definiatly the night with the spitting. Pigs on the wing prt 2 was interrupted by a firecracker and Roger get pissed.

Re: Which bootleg

Although as I understand it, the actual spitting happens during "Pigs (Three Different Ones)," ie, just before the "come back pig! all is forgiven!" comment.
