There isn't one. Roger Waters planned to do them in March 1983, but PF broke up in the interim. Waters, however, did play some of the songs on his solo tour after that, which I'm sure there's bootlegs of.

i have to say that meddle is the best floyd album ever, it is so pure and i think it was floyd at their best, really being themselves, i know nobody will agree with me because everyone seems to think pink floyd only exsisted from dark side to the wall. but it really is a good album, im sure at least one of you can agree i also think wish you were here and animals are some oftheir better ones too but meddle definatley takes the cake

Meddle is great. However this is not the thread (nor the forum, even) to debate its placement on the ranking of Floyd albums. Roger has been performing "Get Your Filthy Hands Off My Desert/Southampton Dock" as a medley on his solo tours since 1985. "The Gunner's Dream" was also played on both "Pros and Cons" tours.

Not Now John was preformed live as well. I can't remember which tour(KAOS I think), but I do have a copy.

Yes indeed, it was somewhere on Roger's 1987 setlists. Good catch.

Unfortunately, I'm not a great fan of Roger's 1987 live band. Andy Fairweather-Low tries his damndest but Jay Stapely is simply inadequate. And Paul Carrack is just teh suck.

Possibly better than, let's say, Southampton Dock live?

Southampton Dock always has the potential to make me cry... especially the part right before it changes from 4/4 to 6/8. You know, I listened to The Final Cut last night (the new 2004 remaster), and you know what? If anyone but Roger was singing, it wouldn't at all have sounded out of place on a top-40 radio station. You could probably remix it with, say, Barry Manilow's voice singing some slightly less harsh lyrics, and fewer sound effects, and it could pass for AOR. Weird.
