Re: Why is Roger so bitter towards Dave?

I think all four of them are twits. It took them 24 years before they understood that millions of people wanted them to play together.

Re: Why is Roger so bitter towards Dave?

People tend to think of Pink Floyd "reuniting for a tour" like it's a trip to the market.
Stop and think of the huge commitment in time and work involved, the massive organization required for all the details. The time away from home and family.

This is not an attractive idea when you're in your sixties and don't give a damn about the money.

Dave and Rog both have to know deep in their hearts that they could never work together again, regardless of what they say about it publicly.

Let them have their solo projects in peace.

That's right. I'd rather have an opera and a new album by Roger Waters and one more by David Gilmour than a Pink Floyd reunion. The reunion would be a forced thing and they surely are more at ease working on their own (I also think that they can come up with more interesting material this way than being unrealistic and trying to pretend that they still can work together like they did in the DSotM album).

I hope he is singing on it, not only rapping.

I think its the audio book version of the book.
IMHO;Stratman is right;let them do their solo albums in peace;and surely they would get around to doing one last for us.

Re: Why is Roger so bitter towards Dave?

I got the feeling from JWs interviews HERE, that he was starting to regret (feel sorry about?) things, maybe!
(ps. Sorry if link already posted.)
