Re: Which "Rare" early Floyd track...

Snowing is actually a different beginning to Matilda Mother. It sounds the same, but has lyrics about well, snow. So it's basically an extention of the song. I know it is on a bootleg, I just can't remember which one.

"Other"

I vote for "Behold the Temple of Light"/"The End of The Beginning". Together, those are one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard.

Vegetable man is pretty cool, true Syd stuff. Although very sad in its own right!

Other -> One in a million

I think it's a pretty cool song. It's simple but sounds cool, with the lenghty chords and all

Re: Which "Rare" early Floyd track...

Hmmm...I dunno, Sydney, why don't you? :P

But seriously, it's probably because you haven't yet set up an avatar for your login.

If you want to do this, click on the "user cp" button just up there with the other little buttons under the banner ad, top right.

Then go to "Edit Options" and continue from there under AVATARS.

Good luck.

It's quite depressing after you find out what context it was written in.
