Smile "Psych Fest" DVD!

Hi all, I have just bought a strange Pink Floyd DVD called "Psych Fest!" in a music store in Hamburg. It's really great and contains lots of promo videos, live concerts, TV performances interviews, studio glimpes and stuff from 1966 - 1968, like the Belgian promo TV videos, the promo clips for Arnold Layne, The Scarecrow and Astronomy Domine and some great versions of Interstellar Overdrive and much more. There is no label on it, and ot rather seems to be a new semi-legal release from the Benelux countries... does anybody know about it?
Regards, Mike from Hamburg
