Question "Sly Yellow Dome and the Enigma"

Hey guys, here's something strange:

When searching for some information on pink floyd, I stumbled upon a document which was in some way related to pink floyd (but I'am not sure how) and was all about this band called "sly yellow dome and the enigma", with lead singer "Publius" and guitarist "RKB". This band was supposedly performing great shows and is surrounded by great mystery of some sort. I was wondering if any of you know anything about the existance of this band and how it is related to pink floyd (Is "Publius" related to the controversial pink floyd "Publius Enigma"?)

p.s. Unfortunately I have lost the link t the page where i found the document
