Us - Peter Gabriel:
Amazing album, it's one of those rare albums that needs no getting into. Every track i liked instantly, i'm still having troubles getting into 4/Security. Us is already my favorite Gabriel album.

The Very Best Of Cream - Cream:
Even though i'm not too fond on compilations. I decided to order this album, and it's amazing. I wanted to get a Cream album after hearing some of their songs. and i somehow got the feeling this album would do. And i still think it does.

Stand Up - Jethro Tull:
Excellent early Tull album. They were still working on their progressive sound at this stage. And this album is not really progressive. But still very good and tracks like Reasons For Waiting and Look Into The Sun are just beautiful.

That was it for today.

That's some awesome stuff.

I just received my Roy Buchanan Anthology --"Sweet Dreams"

Great stuff. If George and Eric could make a guitar "gently weep", Roy could make a guitar bawl it's bloody eyes out.

Re: The New CD Thread

I just got:
GTR - Live On The King Biscuit Flower Hour - can't beat Steve Howe and Steve Hackett
Asia - Aura - one word, wow.
UK - Danger Money - better than their first album I think. Eddie Jobson just plain rocks a keyboard and violen.

Oh, well, when the girlfriend is grounded my money stays in my wallet. Since she hasn't been able to go on any dates, I've been grabbing some cds I wanted to get.

Re: The New CD Thread

I wouldn't call it new, I simply replaced my Pork Soda that was lost/stolen about 2 years ago.
