I got R.E.M.'s new album, "Around The Sun," earlier this week, the day after its release. I was highly anticipating that one. As it turns out, it's a really good album...heads and shoulders over their last 2 albums, "Up" and "Reveal."

I think "Boy In The Well" is my favorite song off of the album, so far, with "The Final Straw" not far behind.

the last thing i bought was...

At The Drive In - Acrobatic Tenement

I bought this CD because the Mars Volta came from 2 members of At The Drive In, so I thought maybe it would be pretty good. It's a little too screamy for my taste. It can get annoying at times but there are a few good songs.

i last picked up ummagumma. i have finally gotten all of the studio albums! too bad the second half of it is weird... like weird beyond belief... but not to the point of unlistenable

Still haven't listened to it, sadly.

Oh yeah, if you want another At The Drive-In CD, possibly, then get 'Relationship of Command'. I've got it and I love it.
