I'm picking up Selling England By The Pound for sure tomorrow. Might even pick up Foxtrot.

Ouch. That hurts, really deep man.

Last night I ordered Devin Townsend's "Ocean Machine" online...I look forward to its arrival.

Re: The New CD Thread

Well I got "Ocean Machine" today. It's my second Devin Townsend album, and it's incredible. Harder than "Terria," but still very good. Damn, I can't believe no one here has heard of him...

I got Kevin Gilbert and Thud Live at the Troubador the other day. Its great. He's even better live than on his few studio albums.

Re: The New CD Thread

Herm... interesting question. Depends what you're in the mood for. Like I could for example totally go some Beastie Boys right now, or some Jazz..

cheers

Re: The New CD Thread

Yeah...I was just playing "Politik" on the piano and that got me in the mood for Coldplay, but I already have both Coldplay CDs.

I may get the new White Stripes DVD.

Re: The New CD Thread

Well, I'd certainly recommend Devin Townsend, if you can find his stuff. Hope of the States might also be up your alley...they share some similar styles to Coldplay.

Re: The New CD Thread

I'd recommend a whole load of Aussie artists, but you prolly wouldn't be able to find them in the middle of Texas..
