Re: Pink Café - Amsterdam

I was at the Pink Floyd café earlier today. They played Roger Waters "In th Flesh" DVD when I was there. The version of "Dogs" is great, Doyle's performance is awesome, and Jon Carin and Roger's singing is great.

But I didn't like the smell there at all.

I talked to a funny, stoned old man who could a few words in norwegian. But he didn't know who David Gilmour was and didn't know anything about the concert tonight.

I'll be there next month, but without DG concert!

Re: Pink Café - Amsterdam

I was there at last week and it was not necessary to request PF because they were playing "Delicate Sound of Thunder" video! Oh, it was so nice, that music, that funny smell and the clocks around the walls, the free machine game and... the funny smell! But they don't sell any alcoholic drinks, i didn't know!

Other coffeeshops that i liked: The Doors and the Coffeeshop Grasshopper.

Ah, THAT funny smell. Now I get it. That will be from those "funny" cigarettes being smoked, I'll warrant.

The Doors Cafe is a great Place. As is the Ummagumma Floyd Cafe. But The grasshopper was weak it reminded me of a Bennigins or some crap. But here is a picture of me in the Floyd Cafe with the clocks
