Theater

So, what's people's view on the art of theater here?
Any favorite genres, or writes or such?
My favorites (besides Shakespeare) is without a doubt the Absurd Theater -
Samuel Becket and Harold Pinter are amongst my great heroes within theater (and perhaps other things too)

I'm a great admirer of the work of Joe Orton, some wonderful black comedy!

You mean Hamlet? Actually there never was a skull like that...

To be or not to be, that's the question.
For wether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer,
the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
or take arms against a sea of trouble
and by opposing, end then.
To die, to sleep...

i can't remember any more right now, but i reckon it's the one you mean.

Re: Theater

I'm quite the fan of Beckett.. Pinter's not too bad..

I also love the expressionist writers like Strindberg.. I just finished studying Spring's awakening at uni.. it's quite interesting.. forget who it's by though.. I also love Tom Stoppard

cheers
