best solo-ist

i did a search and nothing came up saying there was a poll like this. so who do you think turned out the best albums after Pink Floyd? you're probably all gonna say Roger or Dave, but im just wondering.

I've voted for Waters.
But about live performances I prefer Gilmour (I like Pulse and DSoT better than Live in Berlin and In the Flesh).
