A healthy varied music taste is essential! My music tastes range from ABBA- Metallica, Tim/Jeff Buckley, Queen,Wilco,Lambchop,Led Zep,Gomez,ADF,PSB and too many more to mention! I think it proves that you are quite sane if your music taste is all over the place. People who just listen to one sort of music seem to be more narrow minded to me.

you're totally right. when I was younger, I was in a punk phase and all my punk friends only listenned to this type of music and didn't want to hear anything else. I tought it was a bit stupid as my musical taste went from hardcore punk to brit pop, 70's rock, new wave....I like diversity. And listenning to one type of musics tends to be quite boring sometimes.
