That's kinda weird, it sorta tells the future

Heart Beat = Dark Side of the Moon
Pig Meat = Animals

Zabriskie Point Sessions were done in 1969, right?

the cd's not that hard to find. i'd recommend going to someplace like amazon and ordering the recent 2 disk reissue, which features extra tracks by floyd and jerry garcia. what do you think the chances are of floyd doing the RIGHT thing and coming out with a beatles-style anthology? slim to none, i'd bet. but that's another thread entirely...

That would be much more difficult than the Echoes compiling process; Roger should be involved in the work, not a simple task. It's not going to happen in the near future, I'm afraid; and not for the lack of material, despite Gilmour's statements.

I have the original Zabriski Point soundtrack on CD. It only has 3 Pink Floyd songs on it. I'm not sure what songs the double CD re-issue has on it but the Zabriski Point CD has: Heart Beat Pig Meat, Come in Number 51 your time is up, and Crumbling Land. Heart Beat Pig Meat is just audio clips from the movie with some music in the background. Come in 51 is basically careful with that axe eugene. The only really good song is Crumbling Land...it's kind of folky and doesn't sound like any of their other songs at all which makes it a nice addition to any PF collection.

The newer version 2 CD Zabriskie Point has some extra outtakes. Check out the link. I think some of those outtakes can be found on the Omay Yad ROIO.

Best out take on disc two is "Country Song." Only one with lyrics, too.
