| floyd without instuments?!? when reading an interveiw with waters, i learned that in 73 or 74 they started work on an album containing no instruments, using elastic bands, bottles and wot not. does anyone know of a place i could download some of this, or wasn't any of it recorded? help, the suspense it driving me insane!

| Re: floyd without instuments?!? That's the "Household Objects" album project. Nothing actually surfaced of those experiments except for some tiny glass sound you can now hear at the beginning of Shine On. At the end of the day the band apparently did not see the point of making a rubber band sound exactly like a bass, when you can just play a real bass guitar with the same result.

| Re: floyd without instuments?!? Toad86: Basically, they wanted to make an album without any instruments. They found it difficult, and decided it was a waste of time. Thus, they recorded WYWH.
