Question Best white label mix of Another Brick...

I recently heard a great mix (blasphemy?) of Another Brick in the Wall, which after a 20 year absence from The Floyd, has returned me to the fold.

If anybody has a favourite whitelabel mix, I'd be interested to hear from you.

thanks

Re: Best white label mix of Another Brick...

Usually, the term refers to 12" vinyl pressings of unofficial or illegitimate, independently-made remixes. Personally I don't have any, but I've heard a few unofficial Radiohead remixes that are pretty nifty. A bad experience with the "Limited Edition Trance Remix" CDs has soured my ability to tolerate PF mash-ups.

Welcome to the forum.

Controlled Bleeding does a good techno - trance version...but it's not whitelabel, it was on a tribute CD from a few years back. It sounds like videogame guns going off in the background, very nice.

Not really a 'whitelable' remix but I always like the Marilyn Manson version he dosen't just play the same guitar part as in the original he redose it in his style its a good alternative.

Do you in fact mean the version by "Class of 1999" off of The Faculty soundtrack?

Re: Best white label mix of Another Brick...

There was one by Pink Coffee a couple of years ago that was supposed to be released on a major label, dunno what happened with that.

I've got a white label somewhere thats got some dodgy remixes of "Shine On" and "ABITW" too...

Side A: The Wall
Side B: Crazy Diamond
