Not familiar with this release. Is it legitimate, because I agree that bootlegs are a waste of time and cash.

No, it's a Barrett-completist's wet dream... basically every cough, guitar strum, and word of the man's recorded output and everything related to it collected on 17 CDs and distributed for free from friend to friend. A lot of it is terrible but there are some nuggets of gold.

Well, if Vegetable Man hasn't been released on a Deluxe CD version, I guess the low-quality tone and sound of an independant release will have to do. Even though it may sound bad, it can still be amazing, and I have to hear it.

The past few days I have been listening to nothing but Piper at the Gates and A Sauceful. I have a new found respect for this artist/musician Syd Barrett. Lately, "Matilda Mother", "Pow R. Toc H.", and some other tunes have become my favorites.

I never gave Piper the respect it deserved.

But Barrett didn't write Pow R. Toc H.

But its still a great tune, no matter what. It's very spooooky.

It's one of my least favourite tracks on that album.

I've always found something amusing about "Pow R. Toc h."

I've had some good luck myself on Kazaa.
