You should be able to find an mp3 of a Wyclef Jean version of this song on any peer to peer file sharing system (like Gnutella, for example). However, you will most likely not find the version performed on Letterman, but rather the last track off of his last album, the Ecclectic, which in my opinion, was a better version of the song anyway (better than the Letterman one, not the Pink Floyd one, obviously).

actually, i thought fred durst's version wasn't bad, in the context it fit and it wasn't really a cover, because he changed the song fundamentally, i mean, the first verse and the music were the same, but the message was different now, if you want to get on about a cover.... nothing would please me more than to see britney spears doing her version of "i love rock n roll" live while joan jett storms out and beats her to a bloody and well deserved death

I only heard this rendition this evening on one of the satellite TV music channels, and it's not nearly as awful as the Fred Durst take, but it's awful nonetheless. He at least attempts to explain that this isn't any ordinary cover, but that while he listened to Hip-Hop, his older brother turned him on to the Floyd. So at least we may believe he actually has some respect for the lyrics, if not the music of Pink Floyd masterpieces. Fiercely Floydian, Byron

I meant to say it sucks. Probably he likes Floyd or has some respect for it. I don't know. I don't care.
