| LOL Freebird... kinda like when we were at an ultra-serious jazz recital and some tourist yells out (in broken english) "stairway to heaven!" More specifically, any usual song requests, sticking to the Pink Floyd repertoire? The Pink Flawd |

I first read that as "an ultra-serious jazz rectal." That is my request. Never heard one of those. ~Fletch |

| let there be more light... great song! "advanced" jazz is nothing more than a rectal anyway, so you're not too far off The Pink Flawd PS: If you read about the gig here, feel free to introduce yourself tonight!! (Before or after the set, not during, thank you.) |

| Show review by J.R.: "You guys were incredible. Great psychelic mood from the band, blistering, singing guitar solos, your drummer - sounds like a merge of Bonham/Bruford/Moon & Mason...who is that guy singing lead? He should be accepting his grammy by now - and the dude playing lead guitar? I hate to admit it as a guitar player, but he's *better* than Gilmour, and his tone was RIGHT ON!!!! way better sounding than the EMG active pickup new strats D.G. played on the last two Floyd tours (message to Dave - all respect - but you've got enough old Strats - it's time to get yourself and those REAL guitars out on the road, where they belong!). Guy on keys was really talented, you can tell he was classically trained... and the bass player - a top notch singer & fretless wonder - especially on the Hey You intro! Highly recommended for any Floyd fan - we've seen a couple other tributes - you guys don't have the million dollar light show but you have nailed the sound and soul of Floyd. Bravo." Last night's set: In the Flesh? The Thin Ice The Happiest Days of our Lives Another Brick in the Wall Pt II Have a Cigar Empty Spaces Young Lust Wish You Were Here Hey You Run Like Hell Brain Damage / Eclipse Comfortably Numb We had an unbelievable time, and it was a pleasure to perform for you. Thanks for all your support! See you at the next show. The Pink Flawd |
