Psychedelic Pink Floyd Style

Can anyone tell what type of chords were used in Piper at the gates of dawn, Asos, and Atom Heart Mother. Thanks

Re: Psychedelic Pink Floyd Style

Don't know the chords off the top of my head, but these tunes I believe are laid out in the Chords and Tabs archive on here..

Welcome to APFFN by the way. Always nice to see a new typeface. Please read the forum rules and guidelines. And try to do a search prior to starting a new thread.. just easier to avoid duplicating threads..

Re: Psychedelic Pink Floyd Style

Roger Waters' favorite chord has definitely got to be Em. Just look at Dark Side up to the Final Cut.

Re: Psychedelic Pink Floyd Style

Dm is the saddest of all chords.. This one is called Lick my Love Pump.

Hmm, I thought Gbm(#9, b13)add2 was the saddest chord.

Re: Psychedelic Pink Floyd Style

Actually, I was given a pair of embossed fabric trousers when I was about 11, back in '85. They were a sort of off-grey colour and just a bit too short.

They, without doubt, were the saddest cords.

Doc How: It's sad that you know that....

Fixxy: Yep.. I think that wins it..
