Re: Tablature or sheet music???

Thank you everyone for your help, I really don't understand a lot. Fortunately, my youngest brother's friend has let me borrow his guitar for dummies book and I'm thumbing through that before I attempt to pick up a guitar. I'll have to go look at the tab section of this site and try to understand this stuff. Thank you all, I really really appreciate your help and patience. Take care!

Re: Tablature or sheet music???

Learn a bunch of tabs starting with simple songs then move on once you think you're ready. THEN start learning scales. You need to build that dexterity up first or you'll have a hell of a time.
