| slide technique on SoS Pompeii I've always heard that Dave was playing by moving the slide so as to generate a vibrato, without picking. Anytime I try to do it, it sounds like nails on a chalkboard. How do you do it?

| Re: slide technique on SoS Pompeii I found that if you use your sliding hand to "mute" the strings behind the slide, towards the head, it helps with that sound. |
