I could imagine it now - Brunette women with boyish bowl cuts, white foundation, lots of blush, red lipstick, tipped tophats and those tuxedo thong things doing all this synchornized dancing and singing "Look at him, he's the man behind the wall!" as Pink runs around all paranoid.

With a bunch of theatrical tricks involving mirrors, colored lighting, projections, etc. I actually think it could work in its own way.

Hopefully, there won't be a scene in the play like the one in the movie----->right when 'Run Like Hell' starts, and all of the "fans" begin to do a little hand jive, or something. Probably my least favorite scene in the movie. But this isn't about the movie, IS IT folks??

I really hope that Mr. Waters can pull it together and put on an amazing show. That would definitely remind the general public of the band that once was Pink Floyd. I cannot wait to see what kind of funny & uplifting scenes there will be.

Back to the movie, I was VERY dissapointed as to how most of the songs were changed around in some way, or completely redone. Come on, Roger, you had it right the first time.

At least Roger Waters won't have Alan Parker breathing down his neck.

Not familiar with the producer. But I'm sure whoever it was, he probably stood in the way of Mr.Waters. The only knowledge I have of the film is the movie itself, and the DVD extras like the interviews with Roger and Gerry. Those two seemed to get along quite well.

If you watch the Final Cut Video EP (it's on http://www.pinkfloyd.co.uk) the name on the quack psychiatrist's door is A. Parker-Marshall, so that's probably Roger's vitriolic expression of what he thought the two Alans did to his movie.

Don't forget about Bob. I recall Roger & Gerry not being too fond of Bob, either. Oh yeah, the commentary is great, too<------really the only way to enjoy the movie.

Do you mean Bob Hoskins or Geldoff? AS I remember it, Waters didn't really have a problem with Geldoff, rather Geldoff wasn't quite the fan of Pink Floyd.

Other people have already taken care of that... we have at least three threads on the go about very slight variations on the theme of "THE WALL ON BROADWAY OMG WTF!!!!1"

Geldoff. I remember when 'In The Flesh?' came on (I was watching the movie w/ commentary) Waters was making comments about Bob's whining on stage. I also remember him taking shots at Bob's band.

I don't remember those comments. Please post them or give me an idea where in the commentary it is.
