Question The WALL- Funny?

The Wall is scheduled to become a musical brought to you by Miramax, Harvey Wienstein, Mattola, and Everyones favorite living legend, Roger Waters.

Roger Waters commented on the Lack of laughs the 1982 movie had, so he wishes to incorporate humour in this next production.

that sort of makes me apprehensive to this new Musical, the Wall is like a rock to me, being unchanged in its existence, but then again it will be Roger waters MAking the changes. So those are the pro and cons of that. how do u feel about that?

On the other hand it could be Springtime For Hitler for a new generation.

I'm looking forward to this musical!
Whether I will like the show or not (I surely will), it will be some more of our legend-band.

What about the Comfortably numb solo, one of the most amazing sonically stimulating music ever created, that better be played live at the musical, though it will be a little different with out gilmour the one releasing it.

Someone pointed out in a similar thread that the Queen musical, We Will Rock You is incredibly cheesey, despite featuring the music of Queen. I can see a similar outcome for this venture and rather than embellishing the reputation of Floyd could well end up tarnishing it.

and i am swayed once again to being scared of the outcome of this, if it were to be a flop i would be crushed, but tarnishing Pink FLoyd's reputation would be almost impossible to do, the wall also has a lot of wieght to base to use as its foundation. BUt remember taht roger waters is going to be invloved

Well, you already know it will be a bad musical then. Have you been in touch with RW lately? Has he performed this musical just for you?
Please, let's wait before blaming.
