Right now, I wouldn't be surprised if the uncertainty regarding whether or not PF will continue, might have something to do with why there's so little word on when or whether Mr. Wright's new album will be released. Although the idea of two concurrent releases (PF and solo) might SOUND good, sad to say, any Floyd work would quickly steal the spotlight. So it might be hard right now for Mr. Wright to know when he can have a little bit of time to himself to put out an album. I know he's not an egotist, but I think it's a reasonable consideration.
